Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi was born on 2nd February 1962 in Karachi; his father (late) Syed Ali Azhar Rizvi was the member of the Central Committee of All India Muslim Students Federation; he also held various important posts in that organizational set up in U.P. and Lakhnow (India) of the AIMSF; actively participated in the independence movement for Pakistan; a retired government servant who served for the “Cabinet Secretariat”, Government of Pakistan on an important and sensitive position.

He got his Senior Cambridge certificate in the year 1986 from St. Anthony's High School Lahore and Higher Senior Cambridge certificate from Aitchison College in the year 1988.
